ICU Training programs

1. If you have made up your mind to become a coach, you are sure to take the training program “Professional coach” being further certified as "Professional Coach ICU". Techniques of individual coaching and coaching- training are given primary consideration. In the framework of the standard program an accredited coach will master your skills in individual coaching, assisting, supervision, trainings on coaching methodology (both individual and in the group) and, finally, in certification. As for some regional representations correction of the standard program is quite possible.

Each ICU Accredited Coach Training Program  offers:

• Assisting, supervision, trainings on coaching methodology (both individual and in the group)
• A minimum of 160 hours  training and 40 hours individual coaching, assisting, supervision on coaching methodology for Associated Coach; A minimum of 160 (or 16 full training days) + 210 hours  training, individual coaching, assisting, supervision, trainings on coaching methodology for ICU Professional Coach; 

• Training on all ICU Core Competencies and the ICU Ethical Code
• A minimum of 4 observed coaching sessions with an experienced coach
• A comprehensive final exam that evaluates a student's coaching competency

ICU Professional Master Coach the student must have 500 hours of professional training including at least 30 hours of received personal coaching; at least 20 hours of received supervision on her/his client work given by professional supervisor acknowledged by the accredited institute,at least 50 hours of coaching sessions given to clients unknown to the student

2. Business trainings with coaching methodology comprise business tools (trainings: sales technologies, marketing, management, PR, leadership and ways of influence, etc.) will always come in handy to a person aspiring to have successes in his business or career. Certainly, a manager skilled in coaching methodology and these tools, will be rather effective in any organisation. And for this purpose it is possible to pass trainings in: sales techniques; negotiations and conflicts management techniques; PR technologies, marketing and advertising texts composition, time management, planning and business organization, stress management).
